[Developer Blog] Nintendo Switch™ Version Now Available!

The Nintendo Switch™ version of "AVILION forever," which has been available for pre-order since April 16th, is finally out today!

It is incredibly moving to see AVILION—a game that started 20 years ago on the tiny screens of classic mobile phones—now running on a big TV screen. As expected, playing with a controller is overwhelmingly more comfortable than smartphone touch controls. I will continue to tweak and improve the control feel to make the most of the console experience.

Additionally, to coincide with this release, the smartphone version has also been updated to include a credits sequence upon clearing Chapter 7.

Players who experienced the original game would naturally understand that Chapter 7 concludes at that point. However, I realized that first-time players might be left wondering, "Where is the next main quest?" or "How long does Chapter 7 go on?" Because of this, I wanted a clear way to show, "This is the end of Chapter 7!" More importantly, adding these credits has been my long-standing wish since the original release, so I decided this was the perfect time to finally implement them.

I truly hope you will all play through Chapter 7 and watch the credits roll.

Anyway, AVILION forever has finally landed on consoles. Please look forward to the ever-expanding world of AVILION!
